Bella Farnia is a district of Sabaudia (it is located about 7 kilometres before it, coming from Rome) and it provides all types of commercial services very easy to be reached by foot.
The house stays in a private area with a playground for children and broad green areas. It is a two floor house: upstairs there are two bedrooms (a double room and a room with a mansard and three beds) and a bathroom; downstairs there is the living room with two sofas, a kitchen zone and a washing machine.
In the cot there is another double room and a bathroom with the shower.
The house provides air conditioning, stereo, television HD with video recorder and satellite TV HD and it can lodge 7 people.
Outside there is a large veranda with a zone for dining and another one for sitting; moreover there are brick kitchen with barbecue, burner, basin for washing with hot water, oven, and fridge.
The house is surrounded by a garden of about 400 squared metres completely covered by green grass.
During the summer it is very pleasant staying in the garden, cooking or eating, taking a sunbath or simply relaxing under the shadow of a wonderful maple tree.
The sea is about 1500 mt far and it is possible to reach it easily either by a special bikeway or by bus service or by car.
